ROCKET GIOTTO TIMER TYPE V (Vibration Pump) ESPRESSO MACHINE

This Rocket is the most recognizable feature is for sure the angular side panels which we believe give it distinctive looks compared to the boxy design we are used to seeing. As always with Rocket, you won’t have to sacrifice design for functionality because the Giotto features everything you need to prepare the best espresso coffee. It features a built-in shot timer, a PID (hidden behind the drip tray), hot water, and the familiar E61 group specially modified by Rocket to allow a 1-second pre-infusion before the coffee extraction. Inside you will find a 1.8 Litre Heat exchanger boiler which allows brewing and steaming at the same time. 

Is important to have the basic workshop "Fundamentos Del Barista". This is the basic knowledge to make an excellent cup of coffee. This espresso machine is completely manual and needs a good grinder to operate.
